Please allow 2-3 weeks for completion. Sometimes additional time is needed depending on time of year and how many commissions are ahead of you. We will discuss an agreed upon completion date at time of order.
- A 50% deposit is required before start of portrait. The other 50% is due upon completion before portrait is mailed. A photo of your completed portrait will be emailed to you for your approval. If you are unhappy with portrait, I will refund you half of the deposit and keep the art. Your photos will be returned.
- All artwork is copyrighted and may not be reproduced in any form with out my consent first.
- All artwork will be mailed with a cardboard backing and neutral colored mat. They will be ready for framing when they arrive.
- All artwork is on a sturdy acid free paper and sprayed with a fixative spray. Colored pencil and graphite artwork should be framed under glass and hung out of direct sunlight for best protection of the art.
